We have found that our sales have increased by 40% and we’re expecting to come out even better next year.
We are investing in processes and policies to make sure we are delivering the best service to our customers. We now run two shifts alongside our new online track system to produce more work within shorter time scales. Our track also allows us to produce high volume orders with fantastic lead times.
The expanded, skilled work force includes our storeman, operatives and sales staff allowing our day to day running of the business even more efficient. We have also invested in outdoor, uncover storage to help organise and facilitate larger orders. We have expanded our offices and employed an office manager to make sure the administrative duties are more effective too. Our new board room holds our daily and weekly meetings to manage production, quality and customer service.
With the number of our staff members increasing, we have now produced an onsite gym facility to help with physical and mental health for all our team. We take pride in our staff members and company.
